You could do a 1:1 gear ratio if you did a belt drive and changed the axle gear to whatever pully or gear you put on the motor in...

Actually the motor is soldered in. You would have to unsolder it to change it. If you can solder, you can do the 4cell mod.

To date, I have not seen any other motors other than the stock one.
