Booster Cars?? 4-Band Multi Controller?? HELP!!
Okay, I'm new to Bits (as I'm typing this, my first Bit Char-G 35Mhz Celica is on it's way from Hong Kong! ), and I was on the net researching Bits, and I saw these special Bit Char-G's called Booster Cars or something, and you had to use a 4-Band Multi Controller with them. I heard that they normally go slower than a normal Bit, but when you press the boost button, it sends a constant signal, and they go a lot faster. What I am wondering is if these cars, while boosted, can go faster than a normal Bit. If anyone has both car types and has tried the same motor, gear ratios, bodies, tires, etc. on both cars and has compared them, can you tell me if the Booster Bit goes faster?

I heard it sends more power directly to the motor so YES it is faster from what I heard. (Even though I heard a 3.8 on no boost goes slower than a 1.0 til you hit boost, Good for road courses I imagine, zip down straits, slow 4 corners)

What about the controller?
Thanx for clearing that up. I will look into getting a booster car now. I have another question though. I heard that the 4-band controller's range sucks compared to a normal controller (with crip cap removed). Has anyone compared the two?
