I've seen this on a lot of BC-Gs, I think it may be because it's easier to pull the front wheels than it is to push them. Still, might be worth trying a polarity swap to try it out.

I am sure you could narrow this down.
If the polarity fixes it then its the electrics and not the motor.
Try your 1.0 motor, if that fixes it than its your motor.
If neither fix it then TinyRC is probably right.

Hello big boys,
nearly every el. motor turns faster to one side than to the other. Normaly clockwise if you lock at the side were the axle is coming out - not the side where the bushes are. This is because of the position of the bushes. Because it isnīt possible to change this, the only thing you can do is this :
Let the new motor circle for a while first half of the possible power 2 x 10 min (cooling between). After this 15 minutes with full power - ready. All this is meant with the wheels in the air - not driving !
Now your motor runs smoother, faster and for a longer time !
I can tell you all this because of my experiences in 1/10 touring car races. They are bigger but the technical problems are the same.
An other thing is the onboard battery :
Charge - drive untill the motor begins stuttering - charge
Doing this a few times you will notice that speed and the time you are able to drive will increase.
What you should not do is charging the battery if it is not empty because this will shorten your runtime !
What you do or not do to your new batteries will catch you back !
PS: My new one is an i Racer by NIKKO - fantastic !

BaY oN AiM, what do you mean? Everything beetyii says above is correct, NiCads and motors exhibit the same behavior at any scale.
