Avatars
How do get to use avatars?
I looked in the User CP and there were no avatars listed. 
Also, how do make custom avatars?

Its in User CP > Edit Options all the way at the bottom.
i needed 20 in order for me to display an avatar. I also suspect that Tiny has changed the requirements in order to gain avatar access so...

to make one is fairly easy.....just crop a picture, or decrease the dimensions of one
there are lots of sites out there that have premade ones...

Well, as you all can see, I figured it out!
Thanks for all your help.
Now all I need to do is make or find a cool avatar....
