With my growing collection of mini RCs and bodies for them, I was looking for a case for everything. Yes, I know, RS carries a case for $10. Holds 2 controllers, a few parts, and 9 cars/bodies (give or take). I wanted something that would hold what I have now and what I acquire in the future.
I found some on ebay and was going to bid (it was going to cost about $15 shipped) but I figured I'd check Wal-Mart before I committed. I'm glad I did. In the Matchbox/Hot Wheels section, I found this:

It holds 48 cars (24 on each side). After some quick work with the Dremel, it holds my controller perfectly (and I only lost 3 paces for cars). I have 2 more minis on the way from ebay so once I get those, I'll make 2 more spots for those controllers.
The best part - the case was only $4.88! Can't beat that price! If anyone doesn't have a Wal-Mart nearby (is that even possible), I'll get one and ship it to you - should cost about $9.50 ($5.20 for the case and $4.00 for shipping)
