i dont understand what u mean when u say "cosmetic"....
if you mean, what u could do for looks...well there is almost an infinite possibility to what u could think of...
-stickers, decals, logos, etc
-changing your rear spoiler to another style from misc toys etc
-changing your rims
-painting your rims
-adding an exhaust/muffler [see "muffler" thread in hop up section]
-adding lights
-add a rollcage [i took one from a hot wheels car, and it does absolutly nothing for suspension and safety, but it looks kool]
-tinting your windows, or paint your windows black, so u cant see the inside of your car
-adding a small liscense plate
-repainting your car color
-add misc body parts, like front lips, guard grilles, rear facia, side skirts, hood scoops, rally style roof scoops
