What type of car is this? anyone have any experience with it? Where can i get one?

its a laser directed car. Its shoots out a laser for the car move. the are called "I racers" they are in japan as while some internet stores now.

Cool  I can lie down near the teli with my dish, eat and watch F1 on TV and run my own little car around dog biscuits on the floor in front of the teli.
