I Finally Got My Lxx AM Set!

Well, I'm a mighty happy camper today! I just got me LXX booster set w/ the 3.8 Perfection Motor. This was a great deal, as it comes with 2 Skyline bodies (Calsonic & Clear), 3.0 motor, 3.8 Perfection motor, and booster controller. My reviews are below.

The Booster Controller
When I tried out the booster controller along with the 3.0 motor (I switched out the pinion and idle gear), I was amazed. Such performance from a clone is outstanding. Even when you don't use the boost, it's not so slow.

The Bodies
Now, the bodies are just as great. The Calsonic body was very detailed, and cool. The clear body is cool as well, and I plan on leaving it clear, until further notice.

The 3.8 Perfection Motor
What can I say about this wonderful motor? The thrill of going fast has gotten me addicted. Pull off a sharp turn and you're on your side. This motor is FAST. It's not just fast, it's FAST. I had to power walk just to keep up with it. This is a must buy product.

Overall
I'm having great fun with this set. This is the best deal I've gotten since, well, forever. These two products (LXX AM and Perfection 3.8 Motor) have given me great joy. I suggest you guys at least try it out. You won't be disappointed.

These are RX7s? I'm pretty sure they're Skylines.

LOL...stick to to em, New_B!

Yep, those LXXs look like pretty nice cars....although I've vowedto buy no more personal bits, and only 'business' bits.

Oh, and yeah that's a Skyline for sure. Toyeast just got the Calsonics in a few weeks ago, Heat.

I just got my LXX AM RX7 and I guess I got what I payed for. It was around 10 bucks from Toy East. I like it. I can just tell that it's cheaper than the real deal. It runs Super Straight, though. I don't like the AM bodies, so I put my 350Z body on it since I fried my other PCB.

Hey, clickHERE and see my "Alternate Booster Location" thread for a booster button that you can operate with your left thumb w/o taking it off the go button.
