Dune buggy / rear suspension
Ok, I know this might sound crazy, but I want to build a dune buggy sort of thing out of a bit. The hardest part will be the rear suspension. I know what I have to do, but they prolly don't make parts that I would need small enough so I might have to make them myslef somehow. Does anyone have any suggestions?

independent rear suspension... INDEPENDENT REAR SUSPENSION
WOW that is quite a goal, there is not much room for driveshafts back there Hmmm...... It can be done in fact they have done it on those 1/87 scale trucks they build in germany. It was a worm gear drive system, the motor came straight down through the chassis and drove a gear, which then drove the tiny dogbones which turn the wheels, it had a trailing arm suspension with bearings supporting the wheels.
Making tiny dogbones is one way of doing it or using allen bolts and an allen tool cut down with ball ends cut in to them could work.No matter how you do it, it will be difficult but can/has been done.

Four words [Combat Digi Q Gearbox] get one of those and cut it in half. and just have both moter wires going to the f and b spots. the use a four slide slots like the ones lego has and add springs and wala you got yourself a delicious independent suspension.
