Sticky Threads out of control???

Why do we need so many sticky threads in the Bit Char-G/MS section? The stickys are just riduculous. It's gotten to the point that I don't even care to read sticky threads anymore because they are getting annoying.
Seriously, isn't the worst TinyRC contest over? Do we really need it still up there?
Why is the SF Bay racing stickied? Not all of us is from that area. As a matter of fact, the SF Bay area probably accounts for a fraction of the readers.
I didn't even bother reading the wall paper contest. Is that over? How long is it suppose to go for?
Should contests have a time limit?
