The font is Arial.
You must be carefull for your text to be readable, because the icons are very small.

Grrr....
Well, this isn't working as easliy as I had hoped. I can't get the aura around the text to look right. Do you start with a blown up image then shrink it or do you do all your work in the 36x36 box? I tried both ways and couldn't get the text to look right.

I began with a higher resolution and then I shrink down to 36x36.
But I try to avoid antialiasing on the fonts, because after the shrinking it becomes as big as the letters.
And I play (after the shrinking) a little with brightness/contrast.
