DKS 2.8 Monkey Rotor

Does anyone have one?? I just ordered it along with a little green men 150 mAh NiMH battery for my ZZ.

How is this motor???

isnt this actually a tomy size motor?

DKS has made them especially for the ZZ's, they have a 3.1 also, but its for ZZ's with PCB mods or dual battery mods.

Question

Does the 2.8 Monkey motor need a cell mod in order to run or can i run this with the stock battery?

The 2.6zz(supercharger) and 2.8zz(monkey rotor) are for stock zips. No mods are needed to run them, although a mod or two wouldn't hurt

I have a dks 2.8 in a 2 cell Zip Zap! I have worn all the tread off of a set the zip zap all season radials with that set up!
