well you guys on here are saying that the 3.0 is not that great a motor so i went to toyeast and bought another gloria with a 2.6 motor and payed 36 dollars shipped.

Anyone else out there?

See, now you kinda got ripped off at ToyEast... Also, you should have gotten the 2.2... Great Motor! Anyways, for the two links above, they are cheap because they are the so-called "clones" and are not made with quality. I would suggest you to only buy Tomy Bit Char-gs at www.hlj.com.

it;s true, it is better for racing. but if you just want a fast car go with the 2.6, and hey, if you just don't care where your money goes at all, then go with the 3.0/3.2/3.8

You could have went to www.hlj.com and gotten the car for $25 and the motor for about $5.... But shipping might be alot, ima not sure though... But still, you should have gone to HLJ.

Actually, shipping at HLJ is far more than at ToyEast. While HLJ's prices tend to be slightly better, ToyEast has a better in-stock selection and shipping is far less.

If you order other things than Bits, then HLJ may be the way to go, but for just Bits...

I love your tag line ... "if it aint broke, make it better."

<rant>
1. If you can't solder, don't touch the circuits.
2. If you aren't patient, don't open the guts up.
3. If you can't tell the difference between applying pressure and brute force, don't force the plastic.

and most importantly ...

4. If you can't afford to throw it away if you do break it while modding, leave the damn thing as stock.

Its fun as it is anyway.

... don't worry. They weren't directed at you.

BTW - E)(pul$ioN sounds a little skeptical.

One way we can have proof is if you give us the following details ... Full Name, Social Security Number, Visa/Mastercard/Amex account number and expiration date. You can't be TOO careful on the internet these days. Too many people hiding behind anonymous handles and spouting BS to impress
