My Micro R/C Collection
Hey all! I've put up a page for my Micro R/C Collection, including pictures and stats of each of my 8 cars, as well as some information about my storage boxes.
Here it is:

nice job!
- nice wrap up, web page!
- rockville, huh? i'm in arlington, so i'll shoot over to clarendon to check out the container store there (don't feel like driving all the way out to the one at tysons corner)...
- btw, how does the copper wrap help on the antenna - better reception?

Yeah, The Container Store rocks!!! I have heard that their people are well paid [for the jobs they do, anyway], and that they treat them very well. This leads to well-informed and most importantly HAPPY employees, who are happy to help customers!
As for the copper wrap, it helps a little bit, but it's not in direct contact with the antenna wire [only contacts its insulation]. The copper wire is more for holding the ZipZaps' thick antenna straight up. Otherwise the antennae like to go where they want to go. There's a loop of copper wire that pushes against the PCB cover which holds the rest of it up in the air. Not very pretty, but functional.

HobbyWorks tends to have *some* MicroSizers stuff... last time I was there [sometime last week], they had some track materials, some MicroSizers, and a few body kits. Also, they had a couple of 1.0 motors.
Where do you usually go for R/C stuff?

There are supposed to be hobby shops in Frederick. I think I've heard of 3 or so. I can't remember the names, but a quick internet search should turn them all up.
