Exclamation Painting Bit-Charg Bodies

Just A Question, How do u guys paint your Bit-Charg car bodies? I'm using Testors Enamel Paints and the paint doesnt dry smooth, am I missing something? Any tips on painting will help, I want to get them to be smooth like the original paints. Thanks!

The Testors paint will dry smooth, it just takes practice and some good clean brushes.

Spray paint can yield better results, but is harder to get the technique right and requires extensive masking/sanding.

Aren't you all painting from underneath the body?

That is the way lexan bodies are painted. They always turn out shiny.
