Its a white WRX and I want to make it look like it has a carbon fiber hood and i want to paint the windows black too. should i paint over it or should i buy a clear one and just paint on that?

Sand the parts you want to paint first. I would personally use testors model enamel paint but that's my preference. I know some people use acrylic.

i use Tamiya paints for the whole bodies/large areas, and then i use Testors for small details...
Tamiya is arcrylic, so you can kinda put your fingers all over it, and it wont scrape off like Testors...buts its harder to take off if you mess up...you might have to sand it....

I've had good luck with Testor's paints. I prefer their spray paint for the body, mostly because I suck at painting with the brush. Just takes a little more masking time.
