you can get choro-q from ebay or the us version is called penny racers

Choro-Qs have been around since the early 80's. They have pull back "friction motors". they were imported to the US as "Penny Racers" and are the basis for Digi-Qs. They're highly collectible and popular in Japan. Their pretty much like Matchbox cars for us in the US.
