Wheel sizes

Does anyone use the default wheels for their chassis? I recently experimented with changing my wheel sizes. My model is the GTR, so it's the longest wheelbase MM, with a medium-wide stance and huge 20's front and rear by default. I went down to 17 front and 18R rear, to test the fit with a Heller model (Renault R5), and to my surprise, the GTR body handled these sizes a lot more comfortably! After more experimentation, I'm sticking with 17/19R. I think it's the dive. The nose dives over the tiny 17s, giving me more traction, and the trunk swings out more easily. With an XSPEED I might fishtail too much, but for now it's much improved. What do you guys think?

If it gets too "squirrly" you might try a harder front tire to get a little push.Or step the fronts up to 18's. I am runnung stock wheels on my Lambo Murcielago I did add aluminum hubs Wednesday but have not run it yet.I hope to this weekend.
