Cheap Metal Bearings
Is it possible to find bearings to fit an Xmod Evolution at a hobby store or a hardware store? Cause theyre such a common thing and it hardly seems worth $20 to buy the Xmods brand ones.

I've been looking for other sources that sell the evo bearings and unfortunately haven't found any. I was going to wait until the death of xmods when any current stock will probably go half off as they did with gen1. If you find a secondary source, make sure you post here where you found them.

they were on sale for 9.99 durring christmas sales... i picked them up... and also picked up the motor upgrade and suspension upgrade at 1/2 off too... ^_^... just keep a look out for sales... i tend to visit RS once a week... sad huh...

seems like its a good deal... the 10 dollars i paid for the RS ones is cheaper... but i doubt they'll have another 1/2 price sale anytime soon... that was about 13 dollars for those... if you pick them up let us know how they are...

Sheilded bearings at that... shipping to cali is 7.80... and i found the bearings for my t-maxx for another 30.00... also shielded... really thinking about it... just over 50 bux for evo shielded bearings and t-maxx bearings... and payday is around the corner... =p
