Nope, the Truck wheel upgrades are a considerably larger diameter (vs the car wheels). You'd have to trim out the wheel wells on the car to keep the wheels from rubbing.

If you have another set up hubcaps that you like the pattern on I can tell you how to remove the paint from them without damaging the plastic.

Things you'll need:

4 X-mods hubcaps of your choice
1 Zip-Lock bag
1 Can of Oven Cleaner
1 Paper Towel
1 Toothbrush
1 Small bowl
Optional things:
1 Spray can of glossy clear coat
1 or more jars of model paint
1 can of paint thinner
1 small paint brush

Fold your paper towel twice and soak it with the oven cleaner. Then place it in the zip-lock bag. Place your hubcaps on the paper towel, give one more long spray (2-3 seconds) of oven cleaner in the bag and seal. Let it sit for about an hour or two. Most of the paint should be removed from the hubcaps at this point, if there is any paint left on them here is how you remove the rest. The oven cleaner should have puddled up in the bag by this point. Take your hubcaps and paper towel out of the bag and place them to the side. Dump the excess oven cleaner into a small bowl. Dip your toothbrush in the bowl and scrub your hubcaps until the remaining paint has been removed. Rinse with warm water and let your hubcaps dry.

If you want your hubcaps to have accents use modeling paint. Thin it out with your paint thinner with a 50/50 mixture of paint and thinner and with your small paint brush add your accents and let it dry.

To give your hubcaps that nice painted rims look spray a light coat of glossy clear coat and let dry.

You can do this to any painted on plastic product to remove paint. Some tampo's may not come off with this method and can only be sanded off without damaging the plastic. Just make sure you are using really fine grit sand paper and wet sand the surface until the tampo is removed.

If you do this to a body that has lighting on it make sure you remove the electronic components before you do this.

This is a relatively cheap process. I hope this helps you out. If you do this don't forget to show us the results.

Nope, just scuff them a little bit with some fine grit sand paper first to give the new paint something to grab onto, otherwise you may want to use a thin coat of primer first. Just remember when you paint it is better to do really thin coats and allow enough time for each time coat to dry before you start the next coat. Make sure you put one or two coats of clear coat on too that way you won't have to repaint them as often. If they get scuffed just wet sand them a little and if need be and another coat of clear coat.
