okay you guys might now me but if youve read my posts you probably think im pretty ghetto well heres another idea


okay i cant really call it nitrous becuase its time but okay think of a cannon the pirates used you lit the wick the fire goes into the cannon and boom!!

well this is my idea

i was thinking of making two metal tubes with a VERY small hole at the top running down to just before the bottom of the tube
so there isnt a hole from one end of the tube to the other

i would than drown it in something EXTREMELY flammable and than i would attach a string dip that in something flammable and light it on fire and soon when the fire reaches the flammable stuff BOOM my car should go off as a rocket but the tubes shouldnt explode but be forced out of one direction and if you have alot of weight on your car it shouldnt flip. the first person to post is probably going to say im going to destroy my car to that person.. ebay my friend ebay

Yes, Ebay or no, you are going to destroy the car. Reminds me of the Daffy Duck cartoon. "It's a great trick, but I can only do it once."
Why not just buy some rocket cars if thats what you want to play with? I think the idea of a nitro boost is to do it during the race when it's most adventageous. I'm not sure how you are going to light that wick (fuse?) when you are in the middle of a race and need that boost coming out of the last turn. And, if the intent is to just light it out of the hole, I again refer you to the afore mentioned rocket cars.
EDIT: Oh, and one little nit to pick. That quote in your signature. I've seen it before and it always gives me a little growl in the back of my head. I have an uncle who is developementally handicapped and I worked at a center that employed hundreds of PEOPLE with disabilities for 12 years. I've attended special olympics events and came away with a feeling of awe for the guts these PEOPLE have. I have more respect for them than I have for any "normal" functioning person I ever met. They don't lie, cheat, or JUDGE. They are what they are and don't hide behind masks or hidden agendas. Sorry, but that word that you toss about so freely and with glee is offensive to some of the more sensitive amoung us.

i would like to see a video of this "rocket car" if it was made lol. well ive got 2 for nitro ideas. how bout have an extra battery cell and maybe make a cool case for it that looks like a nos bottle and have it so u push and hold a button on ur controller to enable the battery to be drained at a high rate giving you some turbo speed. my other idea kinda the same, u have say a six cell and when ur car is in low it only runs on for batts for cruising and when u put it in high it runs on all six for racing. i know it's bad, well i tried.

I modified a remote to have a push button that switches the remote to high. I can leave it on low, and with the lipo car it's still really fast..... then press the button and zoom zoom.

It's about the closest affect as a nitrous bottle as you can get.
