I was watching my favorite car movie(gone in sixty seconds) and I was thinkin do happinin' doodes at tinyrc.com would like to answer this well here goes. which do you like better gone in sixty seconds or the fast and the furious

the fast and the furious was the worst car movie ever made.
Anyone who thinks different is most probabally under the age of 18 and never driven a rear wheel drive car in there lives.

Granted import tuners are wonderful, but their meaning is totally wasted on this country because these kids dont realize that some stickers dont turn a honda civic into a race car.

In short - Import Tuners are pimp, Rice Boys suck, wanna thrill drive a 70's american muscle car, and the Fast and The Furious is the second worst thing to hit America, following only the 9/11 tragedy.

Gone in Sixty Seconds rocks. It's way better. Fast and Furious is a horrible cheezy ol' movie. They suck at acting, but the cars are sweet, I have to agree and old muscle car will whoop a riceboy's car for sure. Nice sticker joke. Also, just because you have a muffler, and a NOS bumper sticker on like a Ford Taurus, dont mean you can race.

Have you driven a twin turbo supra before? Not all rice burners are front drive hatches with stickers. Mazda RX7 turbo, 300zx, 3000gt vr4, subaru wrx are all good cars that don't need a big block v8 to do a decent quarter mile. I will agree that there's nothing like the sound of big block with headers and side pipes! Oh baby!

Rice-Boy is a stereotype. The typical Rice-Boy can be identified by his car, or rather what he does to it. Generally, Rice-Boy will start out with a car that was not meant to go fast (typically a Honda Civic), and attempt to "fix it up," usually consisting of aftermarket rims, lowering springs and an aftermarket exhaust system with a large exhaust tip.

Most Rice-Boy cars (or "Rice Rockets") have the usual complement of stickers proudly displaying features that the car might or might not have, most notably, the Honda VTEC sticker from the later model Preludes, and the plaques from the later model Integras.

Rice-Boys do not exclusively drive Japanese cars. There are quite a few fake Mustang '5.0's and Camaro Z28's out there, as well as quite a few strange looking Neons.

Of the two, definitely Gone In 60 Seconds.

F&F only has rice-burners and a Charger that sadly gets destroyed (and wtf is with the Ferarri 250 hanging off the side of the speed shop?).

Gi60s has Everything: modern sports cars, European exotics, Classic collectibles, hot rods, a HUMVEE...come to think of it, everything but rice burners.

Not to mention Angelina Jolie. Yumm.

Come on guys, which is cooler? the throaty rumble of a 6.0L Lamborghini V12 or the strained, plasticky whine of a 2.2L four banger with a 5 inch exhaust?

I dare anyone to build a rice-burner capable of 0-200mph in 28 seconds. Granted, that's a tall order: you'll be going up against a McLaren F1 road car.

The thing that killed the Fast and furious movie was the fact that Paul Walker's character (or maybe the way the script was written) kept saying NOS, as though it was a cool word. it is merely just letters, and NOS the company goes by N O S the letters not the word...damn movie portraying a moron!

For a blast from the past find the original Gone In 60 Seconds. This is telling my age, but just check it out if you can find it.

Fast and the furious was one of the best comedies ever made. Too bad it was supposed to be a drama. The technical aspects of it are total bull****.
