helicopter Esc

is it possible to use a helicopter/airplane esc on my xmod with pro mod upgrade.their really small like those pico tx's.theres also a ton of them on towerhobbies.
maybe something like this?... small esc

problem with air/heli esc's is there's no reverse.
you'd have to decide if thats ok for you.

oh i see.thats probably why ive never seen anyone using one.
will the car still be proportional if i use a helicopter esc? i also heard that the brakes will suck with almost any of those esc's. i may just consider using the mini-z pcb i have instead if i can squeeze it in the small cramped space in my xmod.
