Please Help AWD

I have a major problem. It bothers the heck outta me. I have installed AWD and periodically my car will almost lock up and barely move. So i picked it up and looked at the running gear. When i put my finger on the passenger side front tire the differential slips and makes a noise. It's like the gears aren;t meshing correctly. however I have noticed that the yellow stock bearing moves in and out a little, as well as the front AWD cone gear that comes with the kitt. The cone gear actually seems to be rubbing the front shaft as well.

I don't understand why this is going on... i don't hear anyone else complaining about it.

Is my AWD defective? I have taken it apart umpteen times to make sure it's together correctly. My tires are not on too tight, My gears are properly positioned

I am to the point that i just don't want to bother with it anymore and just return it, but i'd rather keep it.

Someone please reply,

Thanks

Fixed

It seems that I have fixed the problem. Someone had told me that it had happened to many of their xmods. All i did was put some 'Seal all' on the rear cone gear which is attached to the Drive shaft. I just took it for quite a lil drive and boy what a diff. A nice one too!

It drifts on left turns quite well!

I hope this helps anyone else who encounters this problem.
