3.8 problems

Dear QFM,

I got two motors from you last week both 3.8. One ran for a day the other died yesterday. Can I get a refund or replacements? Email me at:

Absolutely! Just send the defective motors back to QFM and we will replace them right away. just include a small note with the returned motors explaining your issue. We apologize for the bad motors.
