4 wheel drive xmod overland mod, check it out
well, sort of lol,, i know it doesnt have the major travel that an overland has but now it has big wheels and ground clearance. It needs some stiffer springs and i had to install the high torque stage 2 motor and it runs great. i also had to move the battery holders back a hole and i get full steer. I mounted these lego tires on the stock rims, i just turned them insdie out and they fit perfect.. atleast i have one thing the overlands dont have,, all wheel drive lol

Nice job. What'd you get the tires off of, specifically? Thinking about finding a model truck body or something to fit on to it, or just doin it for kicks?

the tires came from this lego set http://www.lego.com/eng/racers/products.asp?id=8384
i dont really plan to keep them there but its sometimes fun to run it like this. im getting an overland in the mail soon so ill use that for the off road stuff and stick some different tires on the xmod,, i just wanted to see how they would fit/ look/. work all and all, im happy with it
