I Just Need To Know Something bout zz moters and gears

well, i need to know what would be the best gear combination for torque and speed, also do moters wear out if you use them too much, for instance i have a nitrous express moter for my zz and it seems to be slower than when i first got it i checked for dirt and hair in gears but theta was fine please help.

yes motors do wear out after a while but i go with grenn gearns u get some spped and some touqe.
