Need help for grudge races...

hey everyone, this is Shiporu. I am in dire need of you fellow xmodders out here.

We are having a grudge race here in Kauai. I bought a skyline just for this cause. now here is the situation: i need a pimping ride, that is bling-bling, and hauls ass.

here is where i need help. i need what you think is the most pimping color, fastest motor, rims, and so forth.... the skyline is stock except the AWD, and bearings. i would like to keep AWD cause the gt-r spec is AWD.

all input will be greatly appreciated!!!

thanks

-Shiporu

hmmm... a white skyline would look good.
Try some gold BBS style rims, (the one with lots of spokes) and IF you want, you can make a red jap style sun on the hood...
(like this one)

And, i would take out the spoiler too...but that's just my opinion..

Fill the spoiler holes, paint it primer grey, and throw on some DUB city wheels. Then throw in a 6 cell in the rear bumper (I'm gonna see if it fits tomorrow, but you are going to have to cut some of the inside for a fit), and you have a pimp ride (think about it, how many pimps do you see in flashy cars, while how many pimps do you see in badly painted cars with huge wheels?). You'll also have a beater body that you'll never worry about again.

viperdout,

you gave me a good idea!!! i am going to have to try what you said with a second xmod. please tell me if the 6 cells fit in the bumper. i duuno how it will fit, 'cause the 5th cell alone is pretty tight fit.

BTW, I just ordered the alloy cup joints and bearings from the tinyrc shop. but i forgot to get the decals...

It takes a ton of dremelling, and the bumper sits perfectly, though if you hit something it will knock out of place. Bu yes, it fits. I suggest you leave the center mounting hole and take out the side ones. I took the center one out first and discovered you have to slim down the side bolt holes to make it fit, but it does, and you CANNOT SEE IT!

Yup, with the stocker, but you'll have to trim some mounts. Either you can thin the side ones until the screw hole is open and ditch the center, or youcan cut the 2 sides and leave the center, I think. I did the first one. Bumper has to be trimmed on the inside, but it looks stock on the ouside. stack them one on top of the other. It's REAL tight.
