steering and motor help

i was just wanting to know if anyone as come up with some way to make this thing steer better thats really the only thing i dont like and i was just wanting to to know what you guys think about the sb-hybrid motor and if i need to upgrade the fet's to run it?

now all i need to do is find out about the sb-hybrid motor like how good it is and if i need to upgrade the fet's or not to run it.
