Are you going to take care of my order or what?
Hello David,
Two days ago I bought a Spec 2 Epoch with AC Adapter, I allready payed but I didn't get any message so far. Normally I get an order confirmation within 24 hours so I'm a little bit curious what happend. You understand David, I want to race

R, we sent it as soon as we got payment! Please don't mistake our slow reply for slow order processing - our first priority is to make sure everyone's order ships on time, and only after that do we have time for the fun stuff like posting on the Forums. We've been particularly busy for the past few months, so Forum posting may be down, but Order "posting" is still lightning fast!

I know you do, I was more or less asking for a confirmation, I didn't get an email from you about my order status. Normally I would get one with "you payed" and "we send your order".
You must have been very busy with updating the shop @ mzr.com with those new shipments of hopups
But I'm glad to hear that the processing of the order isn't delayed, but it would be nice to get those email confirmations in the future

@6 feb you said you were all set, I think you send the package @monday 9 feb? It's the 1st of march now and I still didn't get my package, that means it's 21 days underway now! 
A package from USA -> Netherlands - kinda small package - 21 days allready?, this doesn't feel right, could you track it David? please You could at least give me the exact shipping date.
