idea for spinning rims

i haven't tried this but for some spinners maybe you could melt or shave off the original rim from the hub caps and mold your own design. make sure when you make the caps that one of the spokes are heavier than the others. this might be able to gather it enough momentum for it to spin and when your driving it'll stay or spin with the wheel (w/e). for good spin, lubricate but dont forget to paint the cap first. if any of you guys collect war hammer, i recommend using the "Green Stuff"
