Studdering In Reverse???

Whats Up Fellow XModders... I have a little delima. I havent used my Skyline in about 3 weeks. Today i charged the batteries and started it up but im getting hesitation when i try to reverse? Im only 3 feet away it will studder then go Or the reverse lights will get bright but it wont move till I keep pressing reverse repeatedly? Has anyone gone throught this or is there a solution??? Ive taken it apart and dusted the parts but no luck... Thanks To anyone that can help me...

ok okok from what i c u must have pressed forward firrst right?
if u press forward then reverse then the brake mechanisim in the motor is activated u should wait a couble of seconds then press back or if ur like me it is purley in the grip area try awd or beter tires because wen one tire has more grip then another it tends to sttuter (im a crappy spellerer)
