Well today i put did the SB hybrid mod by putting the sb magnets on my 11 tooth stage two.It wasnt working very well....i sorta got the magnets all mixed up and was wondering if there is a right or wrong way to put them on? I havent tried DRIVING with it yet i just connected the male and femal motor clips and tested it and the stage two ten tooth seems to be sounding a lot faster and has more jumpy torque if i just lay it in my hand and full throtle it.I also did the advance timing to the motor while i was at it and was wondering if i could have possibly spun the commutator too far when i did it?
