Microsizers/Hobbico has EXELENT coustomer service!

i sent them an email about when my non booster 27MHz chassie had its rear tab broken off while playing sumo......would you beleve they sent me a new chassie at no charge?! i am really happy now because i have a new chassie that works and can keep the motor clip on.......



i am just saying how great thier service is......


anyone else have any experiances with thier service?

Wow that's really cool. I guess they're getting pretty scared now that all clone companies are innovating in every way and making cooler products, so Hobbico is trying to make up for it in customer service Not that I'M complaining But I highly doubt they would send me a new chassis here in Brazil

did you just say your tab broke off and the heat sink won't clip anymore because that is about to happen to about three of my microsizers

Same as Toyeast when i order my first to toyeast one chassi have malfunction in steering when i inform about that they send me new one for free of charge

Hobbico has been doing that since Microsizers came out. I also really like their customer service. I was able to get a new chassis when mine was defective.

My reply from Hobbico about my steering screwing up. I'm getting a new chassis, but they said only this once since I took apart my chassis when inspecting it (and numerous other times). Not that I'm going to need a new one after this (I'll take good care of it ).

Message:

Dear Sir, I will send you out a new chassis this one time. because

voided your warranty when you took the car apart so this will be a one
time deal only and I will send you chassis out to you today it will
