X-mod turning radius?

Is it just me or does the x-mod turning radius kinda suck. I might not have mine configured right or something but it seems like a mini x can take way sharper corners than an x-mod. What can be done to change this>?

kinda suck? how about hella sucks. here are my recordings from the second step acceleration

left= 3 ft 3.5 in
right= 3 ft 5 in.

everything was stock exept for stage 2 motor although i dont think the motor effected the results becuase i was going very slow anyways.

Well I made alittle turning progress by getting rid of the play in the tie rod end by wrapping teflon tape around it. Car is much more responsive now. Could a mini z servo be put into a x-mod/ I would imagine that they would have the same wiring pattern and everything cause I assume most servos work under the same setup.

i canwhip mine around in a couple of inches like maybe 2 or 3 inches and thats from 3 feet off exceleration

Im talkin turning radius with no slippage. Minix cars can do like 90-180degree angles easy with no slippage where my x-mod would hjave to drift the thing.

look at this original thread it shows a steering mod. I did it and it works pretty well.
