suggestions 4 buying ATV rc or something of the sort

xmods are cool and all, but i am hoping 2 reach out and get a better rc car. Preferably a offroad one, or 1 which can handle differant conditions. Do any of u ppl have any good suggestions about what kind would b good 2 get...there are so many out there... and im hoping 2 find 1 in the $50-200, nothing insanely expensive.

if ppl could give pics and links 4 good off road rcs, or even really good street racing rcs....i would greatly aprreciate it, thxs.

-point is im looking 2 buy a new rc car-

If you like the size of XMODS, then get an OL. They are pretty neat looking from what I have heard.

i would get a buggy cause they dont flip as much as a truck would making a sharp turn but the open wheel part kinda scares me cause of the plastic parts

TEAM LOSI

Losi just came out with a new mini-T! It's based off their 1/10 truck, my lhs has it for about $150 complete with radio!

Basically a stadium truck which I guess you could call a buggy. Stadium trucks can go off road and on road. Some good ones for a reasonable price are the Traxxas Rustler (Electric) RTR and the new Losi Mini-T(also electric) RTR. You can go into nitro if you want but they are generally more expensive and require more maintenance. I have the Traxxas Rustler with the ESC, if you do decide to get this one get it with the ESC, it's worth the extra 20 dollars. I've heard of the Mini-T but since it's new there have been itty bitty probs with it but nothing serious, it's pretty cool though you can go 8 mph stock with 4 cells, 11mph if you upgrade to 5 cells and 15 mph with 6 cells. The Rustler goes 20mph with a 6 cell and I think 24 with a 7 cell.

There are other good ones out there, just check out towerhobbies.com or where I get things most often hobbytron.com. Hobbytron has cheaper prices then other online shoping sites that I've seen.
