Cant steer left
Ive tried everything.....the servo doesnt seem to be damaged and there are no wires loose of the electronics. What can I do? Should I try a different transmitter?
I really dont want to lose my baby z

I pretty much know the servo by hand. Ive dissambled it, reassambled it to no avail. The motor seems to go both directions easily, but it just wont turn the car left!! I think ill wire another servo on and see if it fixes it....if not then its scrapped....unless I want to spend $50 to send it into kyosho

try getting a new set of servo gears. it is very easy to overlook a missing tooth that might jam the servo or block it from turning in a direction. The delrin ones are good too because the dont break as easly and if you ever have servo troubles just put em on a white sheet of paper and look for chipped teeth.

Have you checked the VR at the front of the servo? May not be on the first gear like it should. May have to put a small piece of paper to shim it up. Or it may be dirty, I went to RS and got some tape player cleaner fluid. Just use a toothpick to put a small drop in the VR and work it around. That cleans the carbon track off. When I did that made it work alot better. Usualy if the VR is dirty the servo jumps around trying to find the center.
