What I noticed about RS!!!

I was at my local RS and looking around at all the XMOD stuff. Then as I got to the body kits, I noticed a lot of them were already opened. One Skyline body kit had a stock front bumper instead of the wild front bumper. There were many more. Is RS allowed to do that because that would suck for anyone who bought it not knowing it was already opened????

when you are buying one you can see it was opened
but yes this really sux that rs does this

Sounds like they're just trying to improve their product

because if you ask me, that Wild bumper is fugly. Sure, they're not SUPPOSED to do it, but who is gonna stop them? Sounds like somebody scammed RS and returned it that way, or, just a factory error, and nothing more. Personally I'd kill for a new stock front bumper..mines lookin a little..trashed.

personally im not that fond of raidio shack, i have only been to one RS where they treated me nice an the ppl that worked there were friendly everyone else were a-holes
and i have seen MANY raidio shacks sell returned broken things

Radio Shack is awesome... when I went there some guy went to his bag and brought me out his XMOD to test. He said "Go wild!"

I've also heard that some stores sell some opened XMOD starter kits as well. I havent noticed anything open at my radioshack though.

ok is this a joke lol. u people dont get these things are easily openable without being noticed that they are opened already, so people buy the body kit, take the part they want out of it, put the part they took out back except the stock version of it, hope the manager or whoever they return it to doesnt see it, and then thats how they get onto the shelf like that lol its called sceaming.... not that i dont no anything about it

i got a red supra starter kit that was missing a mirror and there was a white mark on the hood that looked like bird droppings

tip to c if the case has been opened or not is to c if the tape is still on there and if it is try to take it off cause it took me almost 15 min to get that stuff off if it takes 1 small tug then its been opened cuase that stuff is strong

i finally got the time to return it and got a skyline instead. yea i noticed that the tape was very weak on the supra. thx for the tip. the tape on the skyline was a whole lot stickier, and it wasn't scratched up!

My first civic was opend i didn't notice at the time of course but it didn't have tape anywere except clear tape holding the big clear plastic X that goes over the case.There wasn't a crystal in the car.

I took it back and got one just like it and it works perfect!
