foam tire mod for MS

im thinking of getting a MS for X-Mas and wanted to know if you can make homemade foam tires out of pencil grips? i just like the idea of making all kinds of tires when i get my MS.

i remember seeing that idea somewhere... and it looks pretty good if u color it with a sharpie, unless u want funky rainbow tires

I did that a long time ago. It works, you just have to make sure that you cut the tired dead even. Otherwise it will wobble and won't run well. The foam tires work wonders on carpet if you can get it right.

yup foam tires have been around since just after last x-mas when this whole craze started..... *feels old*
they look/handle great
some reason a pic of the really bright yellow ones somebody put on what i seem to remember being a yellow S2000 back in the day comes to mind

i have a set of rubber pen grip tires on an accord.... i don't really feel like searching for a pic of them i know it's up somewhere around this site (search the "alberta modders" thread if you dare ) and in some of the contest's on the bitpimps website
