Want to paint, Need advice?
Hey guys i was thinking about painting my Supra but i dont know how to go about doing so. What techniques are there to well not mess up. I was looking at testors paint at my local hobby shop and they have a color i like along with a nice pearl clear coat. should i sand the car donw before painting or just throw on a coat of primer. And how do you keep from painting the signal lights? I know you can take out the head and tail light lenses, but what about the blinkers and such. All your advice would help, thanx.

3) spray a couple of coats of primer
4)spray a couple of coats of the color you want
5) your done, you can spray clear coat too, but im saying **** that cuase its not gona stop the chips.

This is what I do:
1. Sand the body alittle bit
2. Mask off parts I dont want to paint
3. Spray paint it from about 3-6 inches
4. Let it dry overnight
