overspray?
today i picked up some metallic blue tamiya PS line (not TS) spraypaint. I layed it on and it wasnt sticking all that well, but with a few coats it was going on good. now there's one area on the door where there's a little bit of overspray, and im not sure what to do. The only thing i could think of is when it dries, sand it down with very smooth grain sandpaper, and redo that area.

First off, the (PS) paints are for the clear bodies on slot cars and bigger RC's. I don't think it is made to work well with the normal plastic bodies. The same holds true in reverse, I tried using (TS) on the clear lexan body, and it didn't stick.
As for the overspray, if all you have is that rough "bumpy" look, as long as it's not too "bumpy", I would just hit the side with a good layer of paint...kinda heavy, but not tooooo heavy, if you know what I mean.
