It's pretty basic. Just remove the front wheels, then take the modifier and remove the inner wheel screw(note: you will have to shave the nub off of the steering hub or your wheels will stick out too far) then just screw the modifier inner wheels to the steering hub. For the rear it's pretty much the same, except these will have to be glued on. (another note: it may be better to shave the back of the inner wheel down so that the rear wheels can be tucked under the body more easily) finally attatch the outer wheels to the inner ones and that's it!
I like to lower my cars which can create a problem when using these rims, so what I do is carefully enlarge the size of the fender wells and shave the inside until the wheels spin freely (especially when turning.
