motor winding

ummm wow i was just at minizracer.com trying to figure out the motor winding process and i just got extremely i'm pretty sure i know what the armature is it's the shaft that holds the pinion gear and well it looks like this are they wires they are talking about that need to be rewound are those coppery looking ones right under that cylinder/triangle looking piece right? how am i doing so far? well i think all i know left is that the smaller the number the faster the motor and the T and D? is torque the letters i forget but yeah can someone show me what to do like take pictures or something?
