Crappy Screws/Screwdriver
Anyone else having problem stripping the hell out of the screws? I've been using the supplied screw driver thinking it's a perfect fit, but believe it or not, it sucks as most of you know.
I found a screw driver that works really well but it broke since it was old and dinky. I'm thinking maybe one of those smaller type of eyeglass screwdrivers would work really well. Maybe not that small, but you know the ones I mean.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Geez guys, you must be really manhandling your cars! I haven't had a problem with it yet.

The screwdriver that comes with the Xmods is a little too "pointed" IMO. You can try grinding some of the point down to get better contact. I personally use the screwdriver that came with a Modifiers kit I purchased, it fits perfectly.

Well, I found a screw driver set that works really well. Went over to Sears today to replace the screwdriver I was using that actually fit and worked well. I picked up a Craftsman 12 Piece Micro-Tech Precision Screwdriver Set. It has 3 small philips drivers and some others. So far, I think the smallest and the one next to the smallest phillips works the best. They are labled 45726, 45727 and 45728. #45726 and #45727 work the best so far. They have hardened tips so they are really good quality. Also, Sears sells 'em individually for like $2.50. I'm planning on doing some work on the cars tonight after work and I'll post the one that works the best.

lol thats RS marketing for u, they give u the ****ty screwdriver but they also sell a tool kit for xmods that includes a good screwdriver. the one that comes with the starter kit is mainly just for assembeling the top. if u r gonna be a serious tuner then they expect that u will want the tool kit.
