commercial grade cat5??

how do you know if you have commercial grade cat5 or not? does it actually say "commercial grade" or "copper sheathed" or anything? i've got some strands of BICCgeneral S 24 gauge cat5.. is this the right stuff? it's got a white sheath if that matters. does the commercial grade have a particular colored sheath or no?

commercial grade, high grade, cheese grade...It DOESN'T matter.
