gear set

i have a problem with gear set. When i press forward or backward, all the 3 gears rotate but not the rear wheels. So i detach the rear wheels and notice that the gear which is permanantly attched on the axle, can rotate freely without rotating the wheels. Does anyone has a solution??

glue it back in place

its happened to me before

just use thin super glue let it go around only the edge of the axil so it doesnt get anywhere else or it could slow you down
