BigLot Thunder Charger......
What would you get if you gave a 1st time body modder like DarkTari a $5.00 BigLots Thunder Charger like this.....
He turns it into a Pimpin Azz Sled! Fellow TRC'rs, I give you, from the DarkTari Collection.......

I got the 0.60 Styrene for the ground effects but the front was still too high so I hadda find a way to lower it first. I also ordered some 0.20 styrene which I used for the airdam. It's very flexible and strong. After tab & suspension lowering I cut a piece of styrene and Super Glued (modders best friend) it to the front just under the bumper, filed down close the body to blend it in. I was gonna leave it just straight down but with the other ground effects it didn't look complete. So I hadda file it down enough to get the 0.60 styrene to fit without rubbing. Once done I SG (super glued) it to the air dam, filed to shape it, drilled two brake cooling ducts and added the intercooler and Viola!
Styrene is the material of opaque plastic used for the ground effects and other structual projects, usually white. Comes in several different ticknesses. 0.20, 0.30, 0.60. Other materials are:
Butyrate - Optically clear, easily cut, dimensionally stable. Great
for model window glazing.
Vivak - Multipurpose high-strength clear plastic. Use for forming
airplane canopies.
Polycarbonate - An unbreakable, high-temperature plastic. Ideal
for forming engine cowls

Thanx for the props Pimps! This was a first for me, body modding that is. It turned out real well, just as I'd pictured it in my head. Gotta give credit to Sinned. He gave us a tutorial over in Da Hood and I've been hooked ever since. Got a few more in Da Body Shop comin down the pike, watch for em!

Some people just don't have those skills. You do. With a little more practice, you'll win contests. Keep the pics comin.

Don't think they sell online.
You can use their locator to find a store near you.

I requested a catalog from the maker of the thunder chargers. I might end up ordering a box of em for those kick arse pink motors.
Whenever it comes in, I'll post more info. Maybe we al can throw in on a box or two.
Here's the website for anyone who's interested... www.megatoys.com
