Are the negative rumors true?
I want to buy a Digi because I really like the propo idea, but are they as hard to control as I hear? A lot of Bit fans swear that the Digi is a waste of time!

After you get the hang of it, would you say it is more fun and maneuverable than a Bit?

The DigiQ and the Bits are different animals...COMPLETELY.
The Bit uses a very simplistic On/Off way of speed and steering...The DigiQ offers more control (especially if you decided to buy the Digi Propo Special controller).
I have a bunch of Bits and Digis, I love them both for what they do and offer but they both also fall short on some things.
So, my advice to you...Wait for the new ZipZap SE and see what their deal is, if they truly have propo steering then we're looking at the best of both worlds.

Does the Propo controller work with any Digi Q? When is the ZZ SE scheduled to come out?

Yes...And just to be clear, the upgraded controller is called the 'Digi Propo Special' controller. It has a digital LCD screen with digital manual control over the Top Speed, Acceleration, Steering Trim and Braking. There's even a thread in this Forum of cool secret codes you can put into the controller to make the DigiQ do funky things.
