Permission to use mods on my site

Hey everyone, I'm making a site exclusively for Zips. And I was wondering if some of you would allow me to use some of your mods on my site. And since people (including me) are loyal to TRC, I will give full credit to the inventor, and to it's original forum. For example, after a wheelie bar paper clip mod, it would say by Ahh5hit, TRC. So would I plz be able to use some of your mods?

i dont see why not...many people just go on and make the site without asking so in your case i think you should get special credit for thinking of the people and not just thinking of your self...i just would make sure tiny says its ok or anyone else

Thanks ZipRC! The page is coming up unavailable right now, but I guess that is because you are still working on it.

BTW, Do I win anything?

I have to say NO you can not use any text or images of my mods I post on here. You can put a link to it if you ask me first before you use that link on your site. I tried to see the site you listed a few post back and Yahoo said it was down. So when it is up I'd also want to see what you are doing on that site with the info BEFORE I may even think of letting you even link to my posts.

i will merely post your ideas, with due credit and any other names or things that need to be slapped on by your preference. i will not, and would not intend to advertise anything falsely or use it under my name. The goal of my unfunded, nonprofit site that asks for nothing is yet another attempt towards further expanding the ZZ community.

Most of us that mod already post our work on multiple sites. Those sites are on reliable dedicated servers and the owners of those sites are paying for all the bandwith they use. When you start using some of the text and images from those sites it does cost them money and bandwith for you to do that. Since you are using the most unreliable free site on the planet (which is every free site) I will still say no untill I get to review your site on a dedicated server that you are paying for. Then I might say yes.

i WILL be using a real host soon, just using that as a temp to check my progress for myself. and i will not be using direct links for my images to other sites to try to minimalize use of their things. all work done by others in images will be personally downloaded onto my hard drive and re uploaded to my own servers.
