perfection 4.2 Pro vs 4.2 Review w/200mah batts
ok as you all might have heard the 4.2 king pro is supposedly designed for boost cars, while the 4.2 king is designed for single speed bits/micro, but eman and i have found that they have very similar speed in our boost cars. they both peform extremely well for any of you who are considering getting it.. the 200 mah battery is also very sweet. the deal on toy east is awesome, best 10 dollars spent in my life imo. if you want to race, these motors own it. im not sure how both of the motors perform in a single speed bit, but ill post results from tests tommorow in one of my friends bits. for 10 $$ of toy east you get, 1 4.2 king, 1 4.2 king pro, 1 200mah battery (damm these things last way too long on 5 charges its ludacrous!) and shipping. its the best deal ever go 4 it! will post results with single speed tommorow.....

We were racing them on a low carpet. They easily go as fast unboosted as a boosted 2.2
They are sooo fast.
Moose and I ordered from toy east, we got 2 of each motor, and 2 perfection 200mah batteries, plus shipping for 20 bucks.
I think thats an awesome deal.
I was a little afraid putting in the battery, took me a while because i didnt want to break an wires.
And the king 4.2 is basically just as fast as the 4.2 pro in a booster car. I dont know about a non boosted car, i think they would both be too much for single speed.
some needs to make a 4.2 icon.
The battery lasts a very long time, almost too much...almost. I recomend to anyone who has 10 bucks to order this motor and battery from toyeast.com

i agree with the icon thing. you should get a higher gear set for super speed.

well, the 4.2 pro and normal 4.2 are both kings. the pro works better unboosted than boosted cause when you apply boost, it is outta control.

toyeast.com is that a reliable site?
also have you tried the different heat sinks? the gold one would look so nice under a denso supra

My friend got a 4.2 for his single speed celica and he said that it wheelies off the line. Not by going back wards then foward again. But he said its almost uncontrollable in small areas. I cant wait until my new 911 gt2 and 4.2 come!
